Hudson’s Bay teams with McKinsey & Company to provide leadership programs for Black, Hispanic-Latino, and Asian leaders. McKinsey created the award-winning Connected Leaders Academy to help accelerate the progression of underrepresented talent and advance racial equality.
Hudson’s Bay connects associates to an extensive and expanding training catalog of Skillsoft Percipio as well as Axonify, both leading providers of online training.
