This Position is All About
The Marketing Specialist will support in the development and implementation of the Integrated Marketing strategies that are flawless in execution, on time and on budget. They will support the tactical implementation of marketing strategies by leading their direct business partners, agency partners and cross functional team members.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Commerce preferred
At least 2 years of demonstrated and progressive success in marketing, advertising and/or product management roles
Strategically minded with understanding of the marketing function (traditional and digital media), hash ad exposure and/or worked on brand, communications & media strategy
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint with the ability and willingness to learn corporate technology
Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
Able to handle conflict with agility
As The Marketing Specialist, You Will:
Work with the Manager, Integrated Marketing to measure and review the ongoing effectiveness of the 360 marketing programs and communicate the results to the business partners. Based on results, develop and implement optimization plans to ensure the achievement of goals.
Analyze and research industry trends and consumer preferences in support of developing the 360 marketing strategies for the designated businesses. Research competitors advertising and to ensure a competitive advantage
Prepare and present marketing plan review decks for key business partners
Provide coaching and direction to the buying teams as required ensuring adherence to the marketing process
Assist in building of the weekly business financial roll up documents as required
Proactively respond to changing business trends
Under direction of the Manager, Integrated Marketing, help support the conceptualization, prioritization and calendarization of digital content and email strategy for an assigned area of business
Support story ideation and feature prioritization based on key trends, vendors, items
Prepares monthly photography requests
