What to Expect:

As a Producer at Hudson’s Bay, you will lead and execute a variety of production scopes: monthly shoots, seasonal & brand campaigns, editorial, and more! You will work within a production team working directly with internal teams & stakeholders, and external vendors as production scope and volume require.


What you will do:

  • Make creative ideas come to life, straddling internal studio teams and external production partners
  • Oversee beginning-to-end execution; from creative team briefing to final file delivery, for OOH, broadcast, and digital content
  • Develop and manage budgets, creatively working through small to higher-end productions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop schedules and deliverables for multiple projects, often simultaneously
  • Maintain industry relationships and build on your network to fulfill creative production requirements
  • Collaborating with the creative team, curate the best production partners for each job including director, photographer, and post partners based on creative, schedule, budget, and deliverables
  • Casting (union & non-unioned), location scouting (interior & exterior), hiring crew and styling teams as production requires

What you will bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of previous experience in leading productions, with prior client-facing experience
  • Remains current on industry trends and tech advances
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to work within various dynamics
  • Responds enthusiastically and acts thoroughly with a sense of urgency to multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Is big-picture focused with the ability to foresee potential challenges to either avoid barriers or create solutions
  • Ability to manage stress and diffuse high stake situations
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
